Beauty Pro Collective is a monthly mastermind for licensed estheticians. We meet on the second Monday of every month for two hours to share ideas, celebrate wins, navigate challenges, and hold each other accountable in real time.
This is not a class. This is not a lecture. This is a room full of women in the beauty and wellness space who want to be better, do better, and build something real.
You show up. You share. You listen. You lift each other up. That is the whole thing.
Beauty Pro Collective is for licensed estheticians who have been practicing for at least two years and are either running their own business, building toward one, or working in a studio setting.
You're here because you want more than just a paycheck. You want accountability. You want community. You want to be around women who understand the beauty industry and aren't afraid to be real about the challenges and the wins.
This is for women who are ready to show up, be vulnerable, and invest in themselves and each other.

Beauty Biz BFF membership is $97 per month. This includes: Access to the monthly two-hour mastermind meeting held on the second Monday of every month. A confidential group of 10-12 practicing estheticians committed to showing up for each other. Accountability, ideas, celebration, and real community. A space to be honest, be real, and be seen. Your membership renews monthly and you can cancel anytime.

You do not need any experience. All you need is a willingness to show up, be honest, and listen to other women in your industry. We will guide you through it.

Beauty Biz BFF is designed for practicing estheticians with a minimum of two years of experience who are either actively building their own business or already established. If you are working toward ownership and are committed to growing, you are welcome here. This group is for women who are serious about where they are going, not just where they are.

Life happens. You can miss a month and come back. We all get it. But consistency matters. We build trust and momentum when we show up for each other.

All esthetics services. Whether you do facials, waxing, lashes, body treatments, or anything else, you are welcome here

We keep it intentional at 10-12 women. This size allows for real conversation and real connection without it feeling too big or too small.

That is completely normal. You can listen and observe for as long as you need before you start sharing. Some women share immediately, others take a few meetings. You set the pace. We meet you where you are.
